I researched several video surveillance companies
at trade shows around the country over the past five
years and decided to go with Remote Video. They all
made some claim as to why their system is better. I
was interested in what made my operation better, and
Remote Video shared that interest and offered affordable
suggestions to achieve my goals.
My final decision was based on a couple of factors:
- Quality, variety and price of the equipment available
- Willingness of Remote Video to adapt cameras to
my special circumstances
- Promise of timely installations and service after
the sale
I’ve had the surveillance systems in place for
two years and can honestly say that Remote Video has
“exceeded my expectations” for service after
the sale and the equipment has been very reliable.
Our surveillance system has almost paid for itself
though savings on theft, fraudulent workers comp claims
and improved customer service because employees know
they’re being monitored. Additionally, I anticipate
that at some point I will have a fraudulent claim for
a customer slip and fall that I will be able to prove
otherwise, there by saving on my liability insurance.
I would highly recommend Remote Video to anyone interested
in dealing with a company that is honest and has integrity.
